STORE CREDIT USAGE:
Store credit can be used toward anything on the website and never expires. Store credit cannot be combined with other discount codes at checkout. Please be aware of this.



ITEMS THAT ARE FINAL SALE:
ALL SALE ITEMS (DISCOUNT CODES INCLUDED) ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. NO EXCEPTIONS. FLASH SALE promotions are FINAL SALE. Discount cannot be applied to orders placed in the past. 

 

CANCELLED ORDERS:
Please be sure you want your item once you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turnaround time of items selling out plus shipping.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS: 
If any item is damaged when you receive it, please let GL know within 5 days of receiving your item. If you contact GL after the 5 days of receiving your item, we cannot accept the damaged items. 

 

CAN I CLAIM AN ITEM TO BE DAMAGED AFTER WEARING IT?
No. Damaged items cannot be worn or washed when it is claimed to be damaged. They must also have original tags attached. GL will issue a full store credit refund for the damaged items. It can be used whenever and will have no expiration date.

 

SHIPPING:
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. Although, items generally go out within 24-48 hours.

  

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
GL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
